GRINN Cluster is an association founded and registered in 2024, born from the collaborative vision of Gitone Kvarner, Zagorje – Tehnobeton and Gitone GreenTech.
At GRINN Cluster, we are dedicated to driving innovation and fostering collaboration across energy, waste management, construction, environmental protection, and beyond.
Aligned with European Commission provisions, we proudly operate as an innovation cluster with our headquarters in the historic city of Varaždin.
AIM
Supporting and strengthening the transition to a green economy through the networking of all relevant factors of the public, private and scientific research sectors, as well as encouraging innovation within the value chain of the energy sector, waste management, construction, environmental protection, low-carbon transport, digital and innovative solutions and related industries.
MISSION
We are dedicated to encouraging cooperation between companies, research institutions, educational institutions and knowledge transfer organizations on a global level, as well as promoting innovative solutions that respond to today’s challenges, with a special emphasis on sustainability and environmental protection.
VISION
To position Croatia as a center for the development of new knowledge and green technologies and, as a leading catalyst of the green transition, to encourage sustainable innovations in various sectors through the construction of a solid and dynamic network of stakeholders from the public, private and scientific sectors.

Our work includes the creation of effective strategies that lead to the implementation of sustainable practices and technologies, as well as market analysis within green sectors and related industries.

Members of the Green Innovation Cluster are organized into three categories: regular, supporting and honorary members.
Membership in the cluster is free and provides access to a network of resources, collaboration and innovation in green sectors.
